Assorted bullshit about video games, language, music, and some other unabashedly personal shit. And maybe some stuff that's kind of funny? I don't know. I just don't fucking know, alright? Would you give me a fucking break? Jesus, Mom.

Yes. Long. Again. Deal. Thanks.

So, Merlin wrote this really great post about Marco that you absolutely must read. I would really like to expand on that at some point, but fuck, it’s my wedding weekend, you’re lucky to get this much for now.

Merlin and Marco are two of my favourite people online, and they personify a set of ideals I think we’d all be far better off for trying to emulate a little. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to call both of them, at the very least, acquaintances. (And Marco bought Heather and I a freaking awesome coffee maker as a wedding present, which also earns him a few BFF points.)

I might come back to this in a few days (after the honeymoon!) because Merlin really does make some great points that we should all be thinking about, but for now: just read it. (And thank you, Merlin, for the brief mention! Give Me Something To Read is about the most valuable thing I use my online time for.)
